Human Performance, Root Cause, and Trending (HPRCT) 2019Conference

Human Performance, Root Cause, and Trending is an association that sponsors an annual conference that fosters learning and open sharing regarding incident prevention, incident response and analysis, and operational learning across the spectrum of member organizations.
We are expanding the scope of the conference to include colleagues interested in High Reliability Organizing (HRO) and Resilience Engineering (RE) this year. We believe HRO/RE are a good fit with HPRCT as they use similar concepts and methods to understand organizational performance and guide improvement. This year’s conference includes general and breakout sessions as well as workshops devoted to HRO/RE. We are pleased to welcome our HRO/RE colleagues to the HPRCT family.
Our goal is a safe and highly reliable world through event prevention and organizational learning. Whether your interest is in manufacturing, healthcare, energy, power generation, or oil & gas, you will find practitioners ready to share information to guide your journey, and inspiration to fuel it.
