Hi Paul,
I'm looking into DR for call centres at the moment and wondered if you found anything last year that might be applicable.
THanks,
Alex.

: I am a journalist based in London and I am doing a piece about disaster recovery for a call centre managers' magazine... what are the key things that need to be taking in to account when planning for seemless customer service should catastrophe hit your centre. Does anyone out there in the forum have any stories of how their call centre was blown up/put out of action and what disaster recovery/business continuity processes they had in place and how well they worked?

: Many thanks

: Paul Skeldon
