DR Hotsite Distance Requirements

Does anyone have any documentation on what the BC&DR industry now recommends in terms of distance between the production & hotsite locations? I recall seeing something about 10 years ago that was based on the type of disaster but haven't found anything more recent. Any input is appreciated.
