Two places to start are BC Management (www.BCmanagement.com) and the Association of Contingency Planners (www.acp-international.com). Like any field, it's not so much what you know as who you know. Join your local ACP chapter or other local business continuty association, make contacts, and pursue an organized job search program. Good luck!
