best Disk to Disk backup solutions?

I am charged with looking at a D2D backup solution for an SMB that has about 200 users and about 250GB of data. SQL, Oracle and iSeries are in the environment

I need remote backups and relatively easy recovery. We have an RTO of 24 hours and an RPO of 48 hours.

Any ideas on what features I should be looking for and what has anyone used and found useful
