Objective 3rd party DR Vendor to assist with DR RFP

I work for a consumer products company and we are seeking to develop a "best practice" DR RFP to support our data center and business requirements.

Any recommendations or experience with a 3rd party vendor that has the depth and objectivity to help develop a DR RFP based on best practice?
