I caused mayhem at HAH. It was at this point we realised we needed a recovery procedure that could be adopted for each department. I am the Logisics Support Team Leader and teh Team leader group where assigned the task of buliding a controlled documnet. I have been given teh taks of Power cut Contingency.

: :You are probably looking at redundancy in your power sources. Your options are another lead(or two) into your organization from another power substation, the installation of an emergency generator (diesel or natural gas), or battery backup. You can see how other folks have developed procedures and strategies around power supplies by reading "Business Continuity Planning and HIPAA: Business Continuity Management in the Health Care Environment".
