![]() : What have people found to be good layouts for Emergency Command Centre ? : We have been conducting a number of Business Continuity exercises internally and usually have a round room arrangement i.e. everyone congregated around a large conference room. This works well if the Emergency team is relatively small. However larger groups have a tendency to break up into smaller discussions so we have experimented with an Auditorium style of layout. This worked well from a command and control perspective but not so well when it came to getting contributions from all participants. : I'd be very interested to hear what others have tried and how it worked.
