Standard Criticality List for Banking Functions

I am searching for a model, benchmark, some sort of standard hierarchy of criticality for banking institutions. In other words, what business functions in all banking institutions are most critical (regardless of volume). We are preparing to conduct an BIA in a few short months, but I am looking for a guideline or tool to use to ensure we are on the "right track."
