National Emergency / Disaster Relief Support Vendors

I've been in the National Emergency Mobile catering business for the last 15yrs - In the 11 western states, usually forest fires, earthquakes, floods etc... Recently, We provided mobile catering and showers to hurricane Ivan disaster relief workers in Florida.
We are willing to travel anywhere in the USA. Our mobile kitchen consists of: 53' semi trailer converted into a kitchen, 28' semi trailer converted into a prep trailer, 28' semi trailer converted into a dish trailer, 28' semi trailer used for dry storage, 40' semi trailer for refrigeration, 28' trailer for freezer storage, 48' trailer for sack lunches and 5,000 gal trailer of potable water. There are support vehicles that includes: hand washing trailer, beverage trailer and additional storage trailers. We have trained personnel certified in servsafe on call 24 hours a day.
We are looking for catering jobs in Emergency situations &/or Disaster Recovery.. We do not have the contacts that are needed for the east coast. Any ideas??? Anybody know of opportunities out there for large scale caterers?? (200-5000 people) We also have mobile showers, generators, 20'x40' tents, tables, chairs etc...
