Crisis Management Plans - Does Anyone Have a Checklist?    Posted by Gillian (194.105.165.49) on September 20, 2004 at 09:28:42: I am currently in the process of putting crisis management plans in place for my company. We have identified and evaluated our potential crises, have allocated a team who are undergoing training. I need to come up with a brief checklist of things to do, whatever the scenario - ideally the kind of thing that fits in a wallet. Am struggling a bit with this, as my checklists seems to be way too long and too detailed! Help please!
