SURVEY: The use of IT and software in BCM and Crisis Management

The Business Continuity Institute (BCI) is running a mini-survey on the use of IT and software in Business Continuity Management and crisis management.

BCI often receives questions on whether it’s worth buying packaged software products to support BCM programmes, the effectiveness of various technologies such as VPNs and video conferencing, and, more recently on “cloud solutions” and the use of social networks in crisis communications.

If you have a view, please take 5-10 minutes to complete the survey.  All respondents will receive a copy of the final report.
