Congratulations — you’ve been assigned to implement your firm’s disaster recovery plan. Data backed up offsite? Check. Distributed data center? Check. Recovery procedures tested? Check. What’s missing? People.

You can safeguard all your data, yet fail at business continuity if you don’t have a plan for reconstructing your practice or law department in the face of the unthinkable — the unexpected death of your organization’s leader, or a key member of your leadership team.
